My Approach

My work with clients is relational, flexible, and grounded in compassion. Rooted in a strong working relationship, our work aims to feel like a space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and take the time to understand what you're going through.

Life can be complicated, and seldom do we find a space where all of those complicated parts are welcomed. I believe there is room for all of that in our work together, the hope and meaning, the painful and confusing, and everything in between. Together, we can slow things down and explore what is happening in your life, your relationships, and within you.

My own experiences, personal and professional, have shown me firsthand how our bodies can often tell us things before we have the words to describe them, and how our bodies, emotions, and thoughts all come together to form a complex human experience. At times, we may notice tension, exhaustion, or uneasiness as clues about what we are feeling or carrying. Together, we can become curious and compassionate about these signals in a gentle and supportive way as we learn what care and support look like in the moment you're facing.

As your therapist, I bring curiosity, openness, and compassion to our work together. I want you to feel respected, understood, and able to show up as you are. My practice remains grounded in anti-oppressive work, informed by your unique intersectionality. I hope that, through our relationship, you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, feel more connected to what matters to you, and find new ways of being that bring ease, compassion, and fulfillment.
